It's been a while, now here's a complaint.I was online talking to a Speakeasy customer service person. My network appeared down at the Pickle Pad. I sent traceroute and it was not my network's problem that I could not reach my servers. I sent the info and explained all of this to the person at Speakeasy. They responded with "The DSLAM is down and if you were by the computer we can do some more troubleshooting on it so we can send a ticket in to Covad." Well, if I was by the computer I would not be able to talk to her online. Secondly, if it is the DSLAM, then it's a phone company thing. Duh.
