Well when the captain jumps, maybe it's time for you too also. Napsters creater and CEO both jumped ship when they decided not to sell out to Bertelsmann. Employees will be given a serverence package if they leave or they can stay and hope that they make money. Well, since the Captains left, it's probably a good idea to leave. More here
